Float interest, calculated by the formula: interest rate = reference interest rate + 1.3%/year, in which: The reference interest rate is the average interest rate of personal savings in Vietnam Dong, postpaid, applicable to a term of 12 months (or equivalent) published on the official websites of four banks: Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development Vietnam, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade, Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Vietnam and Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam – Hanoi City, on the date of interest rate determination. + The date of interest rate determination is the issue date for the first interest calculation period or the 7th working day before the first day of each interest calculation period for subsequent interest periods. + Interest calculation period of a bond is a period of time to re-determine the bond's interest rate, once a year from the date of issue. + If the issuer does not redeem bonds on the day of exercising the right to redeem, the bond interest rate applied to interest period in the 6th year until maturity will be equal to the reference interest rate + 3.8%/year

VSDC will cancel all deposited BID123002 bonds on the valid date of registration cancellation. Depository Members are requested to cancel BID123002 bonds from investors' accounts on 03/03/2025 and inform relevant investors.
Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of bondholders. Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam is responsible for managing information about bonds and bondholders after all the bonds are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of bondholders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
