From 04/03/2025, VSDC will stop providing depository, withdrawal and transfer of ownership of CE1 securities. DMs are requested to inform investors of this notice.
On 06/03/2025, VSDC will create and send the list of CE1 deposited shareholders (report code: CA001) to DMs in the electronic form. 
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare share holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, DMs are requested to send written notice on details of errors to VSDC for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 07/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs by VSDC tobe accurate and confirmed for VSDC to send the list of shareholders to issuer. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
- From 11/03/2025, the securities code CE1, ISIN VN000000CE14 issued by VSDC will become invalid and VSDC will not accept registration, depository, clearing and settlement of  CE1 shares. VSDC will cancel all deposited CE1 shares on the valid date of registration cancellation. Members are requested to cancel CE1 shares from investors' accounts on 11/03/2025 and inform relevant investors to contact the securities registering institution to make procedures of issuing Passbook/Certificate of share ownership.
- Securities deregistration at VSDC does not change the legal rights and interests of shareholders. Construction And Industry Equipment Joint Stock Company- CIE1 is responsible for managing information about securities and securities holders after the securities are cancelled at VSDC and continues to exercise the legal rights and interests of securities holders (if any) in accordance with the prevailing laws.
