Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Planned Meeting time:  15/04/2025 (to be announced in the invitation letter and posted on the Company's Website no later than 25/03/2025).
- Meeting venue: to be announced in the invitation letter and posted on the Company's Website
- Tentative Meeting agenda:
+ Report on 2024 production & business results and 2025 plan;
+ Report on 2024 audited financial statements;
+ Report on 2024 activities and 2025 plan by the Board of Directors (BOD);
+ Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on monitoring production and business activities and supervising the BoD and CEO in 2024;
+ 2024 activity and self-assessment report by each member of the SB, the SB and 2025 activity directions;
+ Final settlement of 2024 Salary Fund, Remuneration Fund, Bonus Fund and the 2025 Plan for members of the BOD, SB, and Board of Management;
+ List of independent auditing companies and plan for selecting auditing companies in 2025;
+ Other related issues;
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 19/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
