3.1. The separate financial statements (“FS”) of the Parent Company and the consolidated financial statements for 2023 - 2024 FY have been audited; The value of transactions with related parties has been recorded in the financial statements after auditing; and the value of transactions arising will be recorded in the financial statements of the 2024 - 2025 FY, in accordance with current legal regulations;
3.2. Report on the results of dividend payment of the 2022 - 2023 FY; earnings reserved for fund establishment of 2023 - 2024 FY; Report on remuneration and operating expenses of the Board of Directors and positions under the Board of Directors in the 2023 - 2024 FY;
3.3. Plan for handling profits of the 2023 - 2024 FY; earnings reserved for fund establishment of  2024 - 2025 FY; Rate of setting up remuneration and operating expenses for the Board of Directors and positions under the Board of Directors in the 2024 - 2025 FY.
4. Report on activities of Independent Board Members and Audit Committee in 2023 - 2024 fiscal year and 2024 - 2025 activities plan ;
5. Approving the list of independent auditing companies and authorizing the Board of Directors to select an independent auditing company for 2024 - 2025 FY financial statements ;
6. Approving a number of orientations and plans for restructuring and specialization of the Group's production and business systems;
7. Approving the policy of allowing the Board of Directors to redeem shares of existing shareholders within the scope of the Board of Directors' authority according to the Law on Enterprises, and at the same time authorizing the Board of Directors to decide on the number of shares to be redeemed; using surplus capital and/or undistributed after-tax profits for repurchase; and at the same time carrying out procedures to reduce charter capital and other legal procedures after completing the redeemed transaction;
8. Other important issues proposed by the Board of Directors to the General Meeting  for consideration and approval at the Meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 09/01/2025
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
