1. Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on performance result in 2022 – 2023 FY and 2018 - 2023 term, Operational direction of the Board of Directors in  2023 - 2024 FY and development orientation for  2024 - 2029 term;
2. Report on 2022 - 2023 consolidated production & business results,  proposal for business & production targets, 2023 - 2024 FY plan; Result on 2018 - 2023 term of production and business activities and orientation of production and business activities for the term 2024 - 2029;
3. Reports and presentations related to financial content:
3.1. The report on consolidated financial indicators for the fiscal year 2022 - 2023 has been audited and the value of transactions with related parties has been recorded in the financial reports after audit according to current legal regulations. .
3.2. Report on the results of dividend payment of the fiscal year 2021 - 2022; Fund appropriation level in the fiscal year 2022 - 2023; Report on remuneration and operating expenses of the Board of Directors and positions under the Board of Directors in the fiscal year 2022 - 2023.
3.3. Plan for handling profits of the fiscal year 2022 - 2023; Maximum appropriation rate for Funds in the fiscal year 2023 - 2024; Rate of setting up remuneration fund and operating expenses for the Board of Directors and positions under the Board of Directors in the fiscal year 2023 - 2024.
4. Report on activities of Independent Board Members and Audit Committee in the fiscal year 2022 - 2023 and the term 2018 - 2023; Operational direction of Independent Board Members and Audit Committee in the fiscal year 2023 - 2024 and the term 2024 - 2029;
5. Proposal of the Independent Member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, submitted to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve the list of independent auditing companies and authorize the Board of Directors to select an independent auditing company for the Group's financial statements in the 2023 fiscal year - 2024.
6. Report on progress and approve the policy of continuing to implement restructuring and transformation of the Group's governance model towards specializing in the Group's key production and business segments (corrugated iron; steel pipes; plastics; distribution business of construction materials and furniture) has been approved at the General Meeting.
7. Election of the Board of Directors members for the 2024 - 2029 term.
8. Other important issues submitted by the Board of Directors to the General Meeting of Shareholders for consideration and approval at the Meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22/01/2024
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
