- Execution rate: 10:1 (Shareholders are entitled to 495 new shares for every 1000 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares issued to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be removed.
Example: On the record date for exercising the rights, shareholder A owns 111 shares. With an exercise ratio of 10:1, shareholder A is entitled to receive 11.1 new shares (111 x 1/10 = 11.1). According to the rounding method and the handling of fractional shares mentioned above, shareholder A receives 11 new shares, and the fractional share of 0.1 is cancelled.

+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Headquarters of Century Fiber Joint Stock Company (2 B1-1 Zone, Northwest Cu Chi Industrial Park, Tan An Hoi Commune, Ho Chi Minh City). ID cards have to be presented 
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
