- Execution rate: 100:45 (shareholders are entitled to receive 45 new shares for every 100 shares they own)
- Principle of rounding and handling fractional shares: The number of shares to existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the  fractional shares (if any) will be removed
For example: on record date, shareholder A owns 110 shares,  he shall be entitled to 16.5 shares ((110 x 45)/100 = 49.5). According to the rounding principle, shareholder A will receive 49 new shares and the 0.5 fractional shares will be removed.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at Branch of Century Synthetic Fiber Corporation, road 8, Trang Bang industrial zone, Trang Bang town, Tay Ninh province. ID cards, passbooks have to be presented.
