DPJ12202: : Adjustment of the bond interest payment time
Pursuant to the document no.190/2024/CV-ĐTP dated 09/12/2024 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (securities code: DPJ12202) on change of the interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12202 bond as follows:

Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being limited in using cash flow due to force majeure events, and the Company is also in the process of seeking bondholders' opinion on extending bond term and debt payment plan, so the interest payment plan cannot be made as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the issuer will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure Document. In case Dai Thinh Phat Company arranges cash source earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension time.
