XDD12102: Cancellation of the record date for bond principal payment

Related to payment of XDD12102 bond principal in accordance with Notice no.69/2025/TB-XDD dated 25/3/2025 of Xuan Dinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling Notice no.1224/TB-VSDC dated 19/3/2025 by VSDC on the record date and confirmation of the list of bondholders for bond principal payment.
Reason: the maturity date of XDD12102 bonds of Xuan Dinh Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is extended to 09/4/2027 in accordance with Resolution of bondholders dated 24/3/2025.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above bonds at DMs.
