RHG12101: Change of payment time for the 18th interest period

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) received the document no.40/2026/CV-RHG dated 28/5/2026 from R&H Group Joint Stock Company regarding change of payment time for the 18th interest period of RHG12101 bond (record date: 22/5/2026), VSDC would like to announce as follows:
- Interest payment date in accordance with the notice no. 2011/TB-VSDC dated 12/5/2026 by VSDC: 08/6/2026.
- Payment date: 24/7/2026
- Reason: Due to business difficulties, the Issuer has not yet been able to arrange sufficient funds to make the 18th interest payment on Bond RHG12101.
DMs are requested to inform above contents to investors who have deposted RHG12101 bonds.
