Pursuant to the document no.17/2025/CV-ĐTP dated 17/01/2025 of Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Corporation (bonds code: DPJ12202) on change of the 30th interest payment time, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of interest payment time of DPJ12202 bonds (record date: 15/01/2025) as follows:

Payment time:10/02/2025
- Adjustment information:
Payment time: 31/03/2025 (the 1st adjustment)
Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being limited in using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the interest can not be paid on the payment date of 10/02/2025 as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the securities registering institution will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure. In case the securities registering institution arranges the source of funds cash earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension period.Other contents in the documents no.07/TB-CNVSDC dated 03/01/2025 issued by VSDC's Branch remain unchanged.
