BKP12101: Cancellation of Interest payment

Related to interest payment of bond of Bkav Anti Virus Software Joint Stock Company (BKP), bond code: BKP12101, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
- Cancelling the notice no.1758/TB-VSDC dated 07/5/2025 by VSDC on the record date and confirmation of the list of bondholders for the 8th interest payment (from 26/11/2024 inclusive to 26/5/2025 exclusive), bond code: BKP12101 (the record date 16/5/2025, the payment date: 26/5/2025).
- Reason: at the request of BKP in the document no.011405/TB-BPRO2025 dated 14/5/2025. BKP will proactively contact bondholders to pay bond interest on 26/5/2025. BKP commits to take full responsibility for payment and compliance with regulations for bondholders no later than 26/5/2025 according to the bond term.
DMs are requested to inform above contents to investors who have deposited the above bonds at DMs.
