Pursuant to the document no. 08-1705/CV-BPRO24 dated 17/05/2024 of Bkav Anti Virus Software Joint Stock Company (bond code: BKP12101) on cancelling the record date for payment of bond principal, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date (20/05/2024) for payment of bond principal with 3-year term (from 26/05/2021 to 26/05/2024) of BKP12101 bond of Bkav Anti Virus Software Joint Stock Company in accordance with Notice no. 2042/TB-VSDC dated 09/05/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: to complete internal documents of Bkav Anti Virus Software Joint Stock Company
VSDC requests the Company to fully fulfill payment obligations to bondholders in accordance with the provisions of Article 17 of Decree no.153/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 by the Government and assume all responsibilities for resolving arising issues related to lawsuits and complaints of BKP12101 bondholders (if any) due to the request to cancel the above record date.
This notice is for DMs and Direct account holders' information and notification to investors who have deposited the above bonds at DMs.
