+ Interest rate from the 13th month to the 36th month is floating interest rate and not lower than 10.5%/year and calculated according to formula: Interest rate = Reference interest rate + 4.5%/year;
Reference interest rate equals to the average of the interest rates on personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong (postpaid), 12-month term of 4 banks: BIDV - Hanoi Branch, Vietcombank - Hanoi Branch, Vietinbank - Hanoi Branch, Agribank - Hanoi Branch, announced at the head office of such banks on the Interest Determination Date of that Interest Period, provided that if there is no interest rate of that type from one or more of the above banks on the relevant Interest Determination Date, the “Reference Rate” shall be equal to the average of the interest rates of that type published by the remaining banks determined on that Interest Determination Date. For clarity, the Reference Rate, if not an integer, shall be rounded to two decimal places;
+ The bond interest rate from the 37th months to the maturity date is 11%/year.

+ 2nd interest rate = interest rate + 4.5%/year but not lower than 10.5%/year
Reference interest rate equals to the average of the interest rates on personal saving deposits in Vietnam Dong (post-paid), 12-month terms of 4 banks: BIDV - Hanoi Branch, Vietcombank - Hanoi Branch, Vietinbank - Hanoi Branch, Agribank - Hanoi Branch)
- Interest payment period: Every 6 consecutive months from the issue date to the maturity date.
- Interest payment method: Bond interest is paid periodically every 6 months.
- Principal payment method: Except for redemption and cancellation before maturity as provided in the bond terms, on the maturity date, the issuer will redeem all outstanding bonds at a redemption price per bond equal to the total face value, interest and all other amounts accrued but unpaid on the bond up to that maturity date.
