Pursuant to the document no. 50/TB-HĐQT dated 14/05/2025 of West Coach Station Joint Stock Company regarding cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing no.10/TB-BXMT dated 21/01/2025, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
cancellation of the list of securities holders for corporate action processing for 2025 Annual general meeting, the record date of 10/03/2025 in accordance with Notice no.105/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/01/2025 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The securities registering insstitution has changed the time of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
