Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

Meeting venue: West Coach Station Joint Stock Company, address: 395 Kinh Duong Vuong, An Lac Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
Tentative Meeting agenda:
- Summary report on production and business activities in 2024, orientation and tasks in 2025;
- Report on 2024 activities by the Board of Directors;
- Report on 2024 activities by the Supervisory Board;
- 2024 financial statements;
- Proposal for 2024 profit distribution; profit distribution plan, remuneration to the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board, bonuses for managers and employees in 2025;
- Proposal for selecting an auditing Company for 2025 fiscal year;
- Proposal for dismissal of members of the Board of Directors/Supervisory Board for the term of 2021 - 2026 and election of members of the Board of Directors/ Supervisory Board for the term  of 2021 - 2026;
- Proposal on issuing shares to increase capital from the owner's equity;
- Some other issues within the authority of the General Meeting (if any).

Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSDC with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSDC’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to VSDC's email). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSDC's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 12/03/2025.
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSDC will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSDC accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
