Pursuant to the document no. 639/TB-CNVSDC dated 17/03/2025 issued by Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Ho Chi Minh Branch on the record date of 3rd corporate bond interest payment 27/03/2025 of Sai Gon Capital Joint Stock Company with the payment date: 08/04/2025.
VSDC's branch has not received the interest payment or the explanation document about the delay in transferring money from Sai Gon Capital Joint Stock Company. Therefore, VSDC's Branch will inform Depository Members about the time for paying the 3rd bond interest of bond code SGJ12302 after receiving the notification document from Saigon Capital Joint Stock Company.
Depository Members are requested to notify the above content to all bondholders.
