Reason: Dai Thinh Phat Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is being limited in using cash flow due to force majeure events, so the interest payment on 29/11/2024 cannot be made as previously announced.
During the period of belated payment, the issuer will be fully responsible for any penalty interest incurred related to belated payment as specified by the Information Disclosure Document. In case Dai Thinh Phat Company arranges cash source earlier than planned, payment will be made before the announced extension time.
