VSDC issued the Guideline replacing the Guideline on securities clearing and settlement at Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC)
On 30/10/2024, the Board of Directors of VSDC signed the Decision no.48/QĐ-HĐTV regarding issuance of the Guideline on securities clearing and settlement at VSDC, replacing the Guidline on securities clearing and settlement at VSDC issued with Decision no.15/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10/8/2023. The new Guideline is issued to amend and supplement the securities transaction settlement process to meet the regulations on allowing foreign institutional investors to purchase shares without requiring sufficient funds when placing orders in Circular No. 68/2024/TT-BTC as well as to make contents of the guideline more complete and stringent.
The new Guideline comes into effect from 02/11/2024. Clearing and settlement of securities transactions executed on the securities trading system before the effective date of this Guidline shall be implemented in accordance with the new Guideline.
