Regarding the implementation of 2023 cash dividend payment of Dong Anh Licogi Mechanical Joint Stock Company (stock code CKD) (the record date: 04/10/2024; payment date: 23/10/2024), the Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:

On 24/10/2024, VSDC received the notice no.62ACV/CKĐA dated 23/10/2024 attached with Resolution no.62NQ/CKĐA/HĐQT dated 22/10/2024 of the Board of Directors on postponement of 2023 dividend payment. Accordingly, due to unexpected events, CKD has not yet arranged money for 2023 dividend payment. Therefore, CKD would like to announce the postponement of dividend payment date, not paying on 23/10/2024 as announced and will announce a new payment date as soon as possible.
