Pursuant to Guideline on securities borrowing and lending issued with Decision no.22/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10th August 2023 by the Board of Members of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC);
Pursuant to the Notice No. 4260/TB-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on the status of AMV shares, accordingly, AMV shares are subject to warning in accordance with Decision no.996/QĐ-SGDHN dated 19/09/2024 by HNX due to late submission of the audited separate and consolidated financial statements for the 2024 semi-annual period by more than 15 days compared to the prescribed deadline, the undistributed profit after tax as of 31/12/2023 was negative and the audit firm had an exception audit opinion on the consolidated financial statements for the year 2023;
VSDC would like to announce removal of AMV shares from the list of securities eligible for collateral as follows:
