Removing TC6 from the list of Securities Eligible for Collateral

Pursuant to Guideline on securities borrowing and lending issued with Decision no.22/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10th August 2023 by the Board of Members of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC);
Pursuant to the Notice No. 2877/TB-SGDHN dated 12/06/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on mandatory delisting TC6 shares of Vinacomin - Coc Sau Coal JSC, accordingly Vinacomin - Coc Sau Coal JSC ceased operation due to reorganization (merger), subject to mandatory delisting in accordance with provisions in point g, clause 1 Article 120 Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020;
VSDC would like to announce removal of TC6 shares from the list of securities eligible for collateral as follows:
- Securities name: Share of Vinacomin - Coc Sau Coal JSC
- Securities code: TC6
- Removal date: 25/06/2024
- Reason: mandatory delisting in accordance with provisions in point g, clause 1 Article 120 Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31/12/2020
