Pursuant to Guideline on securities borrowing and lending issued with Decision no.22/QĐ-HĐTV dated 10th August 2023 by the Board of Members of Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC);
Pursuant to the Notice No. 2876/TB-SGDHN dated 12/06/2024 by Hanoi Stock Exchange on status of TDN shares of Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company – Vinacomin,Accordingly, Deo Nai Coal Joint Stock Company - Vinacomin ceases to exist due to reorganization (business consolidation), in the case of mandatory delisting according to the provisions of Point g, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/ 2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020;
VSDC would like to announce removal of TDN shares from the list of securities eligible for collateral as follows:

- Removal date: 25/06/2024
