ACM: Change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no. 2506/2024/CV-ACM dated 25/06/2024 of A Cuong Mineral Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: ACM), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce the 10th change of 1st payment of 2015 cash dividend of ACM share (record date: 20th June 2016) as follows:

Reason: Due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak from 2020 up to now and the fact that the Company's production have been delayed, faced with many difficulties and accumulated losses in 2023, therefore, it is not possible to arrange financial resources for dividend payment as scheduled.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
