Related to payment of 2023 cash and stock dividend of Asia Commercial Bank (securities code: ACG), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to adjust information in the Notice no.1143/TB-CNVSDC dated 23/05/2024 by VSDC's Branch as follows:
1. Announced information (payment of 2023 cash dividend):
- Payment date: 13/06/2023
- The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACB SECURITIES COMPANY Ltd on working days from 13/06/2023. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
2. Corrected information
- Payment date: 13/06/2024
- The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACB SECURITIES COMPANY Ltd on working days from 13/06/2024. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
