Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date of corporate action processing for the Securities registering institution as follows:

a. Payment of 2025 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 7%/share (700 VND per share)
- Payment time: 23/06/2026
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACB SECURITIES COMPANY Ltd on working days from 23/6/2026. ID cards/passports have to be presented.
b. Payment of 2025 Stock Dividend

- Payment rate: 100:13 for common shares (Shareholders are entitled to 13 new shares for every 100 shares they own);
- Principle of rounding, handling fractional shares: The number of shares additionally issued for existing shareholders will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares (if any) will be allocated to the Trade Union of ACB, serving as the source of bonus shares for ACB employees.
- For example: On the record date, shareholder A owned 95 shares. Therefore, the number of shares shareholder A is entitled to receive is (95 x 0.13) = 12.35 shares. After rounding to the nearest whole number, the actual number of shares shareholder A receives is 12 shares. In this case, the fractional share of 0.35 will be distributed to the ACB Trade Union as a source of bonus shares for ACB employees.
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at ACBS (according to the Notice posted on ACB and ACBS's website). ID cards/passports have to be presented.
Coordination details and procedures for corporate action processing for holders of the above securities between VSDC, the Securities registering institution and depository members are specified in the Guideline on corporate action processing for securities holders at VSDC.
Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank and the parties involved in the process of preparing the dossier, documents of corporate action processing are fully responsible before the law for the legality, accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the dossier;  Institutions and individuals participating in the confirmation of records and documents shall be legally responsible within the scope related to such records and documents as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 11a of the Securities Law No. 54/2019/QH14 dated 26/11/2019, supplemented by Clause 4, Article 1 of Law No. 56/2024/QH15 dated 29/11/2024.
