SMA: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no. 34/2024/CPTBPTSG dated 02/05/2024 of SaiGon Machinery Spare Parts Joint Stock Company on cancelling the record date for Payment of 2023 cash dividend, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) – Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date: 15/05/2024 for Payment of 2023 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 873/TB-CNVSDC dated 22/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Issuer does not have enough resources to pay according to the content of response dispatch No. 752/SGDHCM-NY dated 25/04/2024 of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the record date: 15/05/2024 for Payment of 2023 cash dividend in accordance with Notice no. 873/TB-CNVSDC dated 22/04/2024 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: Issuer does not have enough resources to pay according to the content of response dispatch No. 752/SGDHCM-NY dated 25/04/2024 of the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange.
