RDP: Cancellation of the Shareholder List for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the notice no. 317/CV-RDP dated 03/01/2024 of Rang Dong Plastic Joint Stock Company on cancelling the shareholder list for 2024 extraordinary general meeting, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2024 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 28/12/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 1620/TB-CNVSDC dated 12/12/2023 by VSDC's Branch.
Reason: The issuer changed the plan and canceled the plan to organize the 2024 Extraordinary General Meeting according to Board of Directors Resolution No. 01/NQ-HĐQT dated 02/01/2024.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
