Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of RDP shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities:  49,069,803 shares
- Total value of registered securities: VND 490,698,030,000
From 25/04/2025, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of RDP shares from HOSE to UPCOM on VSDC's system.
Reason: The listing institution seriously violated the information disclosing obligation, falling into the case of securities subject to compulsory delisting according to the provisions of Point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree No. 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Securities Law.
