Reason: Currently, the company is suspending production & business to restructure the company. The Company is facing a lot of financial difficulties, unpaid salary to employees, large amounts payable to the State Budget (taxes, insurance, etc).  Therefore, the Company has not been able to arrange money to pay dividend.
