Reason: Currently, the Company is facing a lot of financial difficulties, unpaid salary to employees, large amounts payable to the State Budget (taxes, insurance, etc). The company is carrying out a plan of financial restructuring to maintain operations (due to impact of prolonged epidemic), making efforts to arrange capital and prioritize debt payment to the employees and the budget. Therefore, the Company has not been able to arrange money to pay dividend.
Other contents in Notice no.770/TB-CNVSD dated 12th June 2015 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
