Reason: Currently, the Company is facing a lot of financial difficulties, unpaid salary to employees, large amounts payable to the State Budget (taxes, insurance, etc). The company is carrying out a plan of financial restructuring to maintain operations, making efforts to arrange capital and prioritize payment of employees and the budget. Therefore, the Company has not been able to arrange money to pay dividend.
