ECI: Cancellation of the Shareholder List for Corporate Action Processing

Pursuant to the document no. 75/2023/ECI-CV dated 22/11/2023 of ECI Group Joint Stock Company (securities code: ECI) on cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 23/10/2023, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 23/10/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 2648/TB-VSDC dated 05/10/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company changed the plan of organizing 2023 extraordinary general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the shareholder list for 2023 extraordinary general meeting on the record date: 23/10/2023 in accordance with Notice no. 2648/TB-VSDC dated 05/10/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: The Company changed the plan of organizing 2023 extraordinary general meeting
