HAS: Cancellation of the record date

Pursuant to the document no.188/2023/CV-HAS dated 06/10/2023 of Hacisco Joint Stock Company (HAS) on revoking the notice of finalizing the shareholder list for payment of 2022 cash dividend, Vietnam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date for 2022 cash dividend payment in accordance with Notice 2647/TB-VSDC dated 05/10/2023 by VSDC.
Reason: Hacisco Joint Stock Company is unable to pay dividends according to regulations
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
