NGC: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.03/TB-NQ dated 24th May 2023 of Ngo Quyen Processing Export Joint Stock company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 17th April 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 574/TB-CNVSD dated 21st March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The Issuer needs more time to finalize meeting materials
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
