Pursuant to the document no. 206/2023/VC2-TB dated 19th April 2023 of Vina2 Invest And Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: VC2) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 27th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 824/TB-VSD dated 8th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: To ensure careful organization of 2023 Annual General Meeting in line with the Company's Charter and prevailing laws
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
