Related to payment of 2024 cash dividend of Bao Viet Holdings, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce correction of rounding the execution rate in Notice no.4004/TB-VSDC dated 06/11/2025 by VSDC (record date: 17/11/2025, securities code: BVH) as follows:

The actual amount received will be rounded down to the whole number, the decimal fractional shares will be removed.
For example: shareholder Nguyen Van A who owns 11 share on the record date is entitled to receive 11 x 1,055.1 = 11,606.1 VND. According to the above principle, he/she will receive 11,606 VND
- Corrected information:
The actual amount received will be rounded down to VND unit.
Other contents in Notice no.4004/TB-VSDC dated 06/11/2025 by VSDC remain unchanged.
