VC2: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Action Processing
Pursuant to the document no. 199/2024/ VC2-TB dated 03/04/2024 of Vina2 Invest And Construction Joint Stock Company (securities code: VC2) on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting on the record date: 25/03/2024, Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2024 annual general meeting, record date: 25/03/2024 in accordance with Notice no. 963/TB-VSDC dated 04/03/2024 by VSDC.
Reason: To ensure better organization of 2024 Annual General Meeting, the Company would like to change plan of organizing 2024 annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
