SHI: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to document no. 114/2023/CV-SH dated 11th April 2023 of SONHA INTERNATIONAL CORORPORATION on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 17th March 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 17th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 507/TB-VSD dated 23rd February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company needs more time to discuss detailed agenda and other issues to be approved at the meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 17th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 507/TB-VSD dated 23rd February 2023 by VSD.
