SID: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.57/SCID dated 10th April 2023 of Sai Gon Co.op Investment Development Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 397/TB-CNVSD dated 6th March 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Company needs more time to finalize meeting materials for 2023 Annual general meeting.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2023 annual general meeting, the record date 24th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 397/TB-CNVSD dated 6th March 2023 by VSD.
