Pursuant to the document no.161/SCID dated 5th October 2021 of Sai Gon Co.op Investment Development Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2021 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of securities owners for 2021 annual general meeting, the record date 25th May 2021 in accordance with Notice no. 785/TB-CNVSD dated 7th May 2021 by VSD.
Reason: Due to the complicated and prolonged situation of the Covid-19 epidemic, and complying with regulations of competent State agencies on disease prevention and control, restricting the organization of events, mass meetings, etc. Saigon Co.op Development Investment Joint Stock Company cannot hold the Annual General Meeting in the first 6 months of 2021.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs
