Pursuant to Document No. 84/TB-CT3 dated 30th March 2023 of Investment and Construction 3 Joint Stock Company (securities code: CT3), Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce change of 2021 cash dividend payment (record date: 26th October 2022) as follows:

- Adjusted information:
Payment time: 7th June 2023
Reason: Due to some unexpected problems, namely, money is not collected from works as planned, the Company needs more time to balance the capital sources so as not to affect production & business
