Pursuant to the Notice no. 08/TB-HĐQT dated 24th March 2023 of THIEN NAM TRADING & IMPORT EXPORT CORPORATION on cancelling the record date for 2023 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch (CNVSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2023 annual general meeting, record date: 16th March 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 320/TB-CNVSD dated 1st March 2023 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: THIEN NAM TRADING & IMPORT EXPORT CORPORATION needs to improve the reports and proposals of General Meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
