According to the latest update from ICC Switzerland on the results of the legal dispute between the Corporation and General Contractor Tecnicas Reunidas (TR) at Rapid - Malaysia Project will continue to be delayed and there is no final decision.
+ The plan to transfer PVE's contributed capital shares in PVGas Building has been implemented, but it is not enough to pay off the principal debt to VCB.
+ Current revenue sources are very limited, not enough to pay salaries for employees and regular expenses of the Corporation.
