HPI: Cancellation of the list of shareholders for corporate actions

Pursuant to the document no. 189A/2022/TB-HIPC-TGĐ dated 28th June 2022 of Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park Joint Stock Company on cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 26th May 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 852/TB-CNVSD dated 13th May 2022 by VSD's Branch.
Reason: The Company changes the Meeting date so that the General Meeting is held in accordance with the appropriate sequence and procedures under regulations on information disclosure.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
