BII: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no. 105/2022/BBH-HĐQT.LL dated 6th May 2022 of Louis Land Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2022 in accordance with Notice no. 459/TB-CNVSD dated 10th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: Because the Company's Board realizes that it takes more time to finalize documents, legal documents, medium and long-term plans submitted to the General Meeting for approval.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
