PVH: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 26/2022/TB-HAI dated 19th April 2022 of Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 28th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 1002/TB-VSD dated 15th March 2022 by VSD's branch.
Reason: Thanh Hoa Petroleum Construction Joint Stock Company is focusing on refining the human resource structure and business strategy for the next years, and at the same time finalizing documents to present to the General Meeting. The Company is unable to hold 2022 Annual General Meeting as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
