NSG: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no. 15/NSG dated 16th April 2022 of Sai Gon Plastic Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2020 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository - Hochiminh branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 annual general meeting, the record date: 11th June 2020 in accordance with Notice 1026/TB-CNVSD dated 25th May 2020 by VSD's branch.
Reason: due to the impact of Covid-19 pandemic, the company has to comply with regulations on epidemic prevention and control and re-hold 2020 annual general meeting from 15th May 2022 to 30th May 2022 tentatively.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders for 2020 annual general meeting, the record date: 11th June 2020 in accordance with Notice 1026/TB-CNVSD dated 25th May 2020 by VSD's branch.
