ART: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the document no.08/2022/TB-BOS dated 8th April 2022 of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders of BOS Securities Joint Stock Company (securities code: ART) for 2022 annual general meeting on the record date of 28th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 1028/TB-VSD dated 17th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: BOS Securities Joint Stock Company needs more time to carefully prepare the meeting, the Board of Directors decides to postpone the meeting to 30th June 2022 at the latest.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
