BMV: Cancellation of the List of Shareholders for Corporate Actions

Pursuant to the notice no.172/VNF1FLOUR-TCKT dated 7th April 2022 of Vinafood 1 Flour Joint Stock Company regarding cancellaton of the list of shareholders for 2022 annual general meeting at the record date of 25th March 2022, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the list of shareholders of VEC for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 739/TB-VSD dated 7th March 2022 by VSD.
Reason: due to Covid-19, the Company is unable to prepare for the meeting time as planned.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs.
Cancelling the list of shareholders of VEC for 2022 annual general meeting, record date: 25th March 2022 in accordance with Notice 739/TB-VSD dated 7th March 2022 by VSD.
